Depression Coach - Wellness Memories

Hey Friends, Greetings..

What are the 7 principles of mindfulness?

  1. Non-judging. Be an impartial witness to your own experience.
  2. Patience. A form of wisdom, patience demonstrates that we accept the fact that.
  3. Beginner's Mind. Remaining open and curious allows us to be receptive to new.
  4. Trust. Develop a basic trust with yourself and your feelings.
  5. Non-Striving.
  6. Acceptance.
  7. Letting Go.

What is the best definition of resilience?

An ability to recover from or adjust easily to misfortune or change. Psychologists define resilience as the process of adapting well in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats, or significant sources of stress - such as family and relationship problems, serious health problems, or workplace and financial stressors.

7 C's of resilience are competence, confidence, connection, character, contribution, coping and control.

Psychological resilience

Psychological resilience is the ability to cope mentally or emotionally with a crisis or to return to pre-crisis status quickly. Resilience exists when the person uses "mental processes and behaviors in promoting personal assets and protecting self from the potential negative effects of stressors.

Some examples of resilience at work? Weathering a storm, bouncing back from adversity, seeing off challenges with stoicism and grit - these are brief, metaphorical resilience at work examples.

Mindfulness - Its originally a Buddhist term. As if your life depended on it.
