What are the 4Major causes of Depression?

The four major causes of depression are:

 - Family history. Though there are no specific genes that we can look at and trace to depression, if your family members have had depression, you are more likely also to experience depression. 

 - Illness and health issues. 

 - Medication, drugs, and alcohol. 

 - Personality.

You feel restless/agitated or even violent. You develop a short temper, a low tolerance level and everyone and everything get on your nerves. It shows below listed sings in initial stages

  • Anger/irritability
  • Lost interest in daily activities
  • Self-loathing
  • Reckless behaviour
  • Poor concentration 
  • Sleep problems
  • Weight changes
  • Negative thoughts
  • Stress and anxiety
  • Loss of energy
  • Sleep problems that might lead to insomnia gradually. 

Everything is about how you take up things either positive or negative about it. If it’s positive approach, try to change yourself slowly. If it’s negative, cultivate good habits, read some motivational quotes when you wake up everyday and when you go to bed. Feed in some positive motivational thoughts every night when you go to bed by reading a positive book say 10 to 15 minutes. You shall see a different perspective of life eventually. Let’s hope for the best! Have Strong hopes in life to dream big, achieve big in near future. Do it sincerely and become a Role model or a Super hero with a Strong belief system that is a will power to get what he wants by doing a Smart work, focussing on things one by one in a systematic manner, disciplined, with utmost dedication.

Learn to smile every now and then. Smile from your heart, whenever you get a chance. While facing difficult times in life, try to smile at the situation and showcase your talent in handling it well as you expected. I know it’s difficult, but when you see a successful outcome later you might enjoy it completely by getting excited, very enthusiastic about handling that crisis in a far better way than before. It increases your life expectancy by removing all diseases in your body..
