Depression Coach - Wellness Memories

Hey friends,

How to control our emotions & stress?

If I say you got stress in your life, people will not accept it very easily. Am I really stressed?
1st step is to analyze and realize that I am under stress. That is the first successful step to overcome it in an Optimistic way. It comes with Self-realization. There are some physical symptoms for it example
  • While crossing the road, I get stressed.
  • Fear of facing a crowd socially or mob
  • Fear of hearing any loud voice
It is a negative factor. If you have any such fear, you are under stress.

Behavioral outburst.

Anger issues. It must be dealt with Anger management. Later you might think bad or feel sorry about the past incident where you might have outbursts, be it in a relationship, within your family, or outside work, etc.. but we have to face the consequences of what you spoke as we can’t take back the uttered words. Analyzation to accept the fact that I am under the stress.

Anger management tips

  1. Don’t talk immediately. Keep quiet and Calm. Take some time to respond than react.
  2. If that doesn’t help, move away from that place.
Anger Management tips - refer above steps to get out of anger for a while.

There are certain situations, where we can’t move out of that place and we are ought to listen to other's words completely say like in workplaces or relationship issue arguments. In that case, try to have a glass of water. It can instantly slow down your anger. That can make you calm down slowly. It can pacify you for a while as you expect as you don’t have any choice now.

Never give a chance to your brain thoughts to aggravate the anger. If given a chance, it will trigger the anger more in you. so never give a chance. Just get deviated from that moment immediately than can help. I know it’s not easy to do it. But no harm in trying out as well.

The past events from life make one get angriest every moment. Since many things have got piled up in your brain. You are unable to forget it. Therefore, please don’t pile up things. Talk to that concerned person nicely, try to sort out the things and get proper alignment with them if you are going to travel with them life long say it in a relationship or for long-duration say in a workplace, or a family and so on. After settling up the things, you might feel more energized, happy as you are maximizing your results or output with them by sorting it out in a good manner which you haven’t done it so far. Nice achievement isn’t it. Yeah, I agree it is.

Every day see yourself in the mirror & say the affirmations. smile always when you see yourself throughout the day. Gratitude every day can make you Strong over a duration of time.

At the same time, see your face in the mirror when you get angry. Does it look nice? No, isn’t it. Yes, frequent anger can cause wrinkles in your face, which might make your face look dull always and make you look a little older than your present age. So keep smiling forever. Throw out your anger gradually and eventually. I am very sure you can. I am also trying the same.

Happy Reading!

Nice day.
