There is no single cause of depression. It can occur for a variety of reasons and it has many different triggers. For some people, an upsetting or stressful life event, such as bereavement, divorce, illness, redundancy and job or money worries, studies during 10th, 12th mainly the pressure in students to score high marks from parents perspective also matters in young age group. Relationship issues, Complex Health issues, death of a near dear ones can shake our life very much. Thus, different causes can often combine to trigger depression.

This age bracket encounters the most massive, important changes in their life at this stage of their lives. From being parent-dependent to self-dependent, the journey is likely to welcome tremendous changes at the physical, emotional and psychological levels. Thus, it is more important to differentiate between the ‘growing-up blues’ from the actual signs of depression that a child is likely to show.

For any kind of loss in a family, there is a proper coping strategy for it to come back to normal though it will take some time, courage and determination within the self. By thinking the positive memories with that person one can move on in their life. 

Depression - Stop OverThinking, don't brood about the past as the ones that happened already can't be changed even after your multiple times of cryings, thinking about it alot and worrying endlessly is of no use to anyone in life. 


I am pretty sure they might see a new person in their life very soon and can regain all of their lost hope in the challenging walks of life. I got a such kind of person in my life so do you.. eventually that can take place. 

So have hopes in life, take up all your courage and build your life like a Pillar! that can never be destroyed by a Strong wind, heavy rain, thunder, Cyclone, Tsunami etc. Throughout the life journey we are going to face 'N' number of challenges!! Pray daily to God/Science (that you believe in strongly) to give you all the mighty power, determination to stay Strong no matter what, follow the life as it goes.. 

Just Move on with a positive attitude. Cultivate Good habits like Waking up early, Walking, Jogging, focus on Health Fitness, love that you do gradually.. That can take you to high places in Life. Be Calm & composed even if you reach the Top position. Be humble, kind to others who are presently leading a life lower than yours. They can see the good person with a nice character in you. Who knows you might become a Role Model in their life also.. but it depends upon your character, how you take it up, how you Respond than react. It comes with experience, practise eventually. 

During any difficult situation, follow below points

* This too shall pass! (This present situation will change as you wish sooner, but it takes some time)

* All iz well!! (As a famous actor Vijay rightly said in his 'Nanban'  Tamil movie, keep your hand in your heart and say it gently All is well.. Everything will be alright soon no matter how difficult the situation is for you.. If you are tensed at that time, The high heart rate that is palpitation shall calm down after some time.. If you like, you may continue it whenever you feel doing so. I have tried these methods and it has worked in my life.. It made some magical miracles in my life and Ofcourse through my perseverance, hard work also earned my position in my life. I am always happy for it. 😍😇

Never forget the past (Struggles, Hardships if any that you have come across in your life to attain the present position) and the lessons you have learnt in this entire Journey.. that can help you throughout your life to stay energetic in this vital Journey..

If possible donate some of your money to charity or any charitable trust to help needy poor people, physically challenged people, Cancer fighting patients you might get some peace, happiness, self contented out of it. You may also take care of a child's education if you can thereby it creates a rocksolid purpose in your life... that keeps you going everyday.. That's a Vision and a Mission to achieve in near future!!
