70 Powerful ways to come out of Depression, Stress, Anxiety - Part 1

Let us see the 70 Powerful techniques for a healthly mind, body and soul, to come out of Depression, Stress, Anxiety and be happy forever. All you need is little patience, Consistency, Positive approach, Try it for a month minimum regularly and see the results by yourself. 

I know its easy to say from other's point of view as I am not aware about your present situation in life, wht your are going through right now. But I am very sure when I can do it, you all can do it. See the transformation changes alot within you. 

When the tough gets going the going gets tough!! We used to say that when there are problems, strong people work hard to solve them.



Powerful ways are as follows, If you have any such ideas do comment me here. I will try to add it in my next blog and I shall give you the credits for it.

1. Practice deep breathing at least once daily (Inhale, hold the breathe for 8 counts, exhale repeat the same)

You may try the breathing exercise as per your convenience. Any method as you like. Sample example is below for your reference.

What is the 4 7 8 breathing technique?

Close your lips and inhale through your nose for a count of four. Hold your breath for a count of seven. Exhale completely through your mouth making a whoosh sound for a count of eight. This completes one cycle.

2. Do not skip meals during the day. (It strongly has its adverse effects when we grow up or grow old)
3. Start your precious day with 2 glasses of water. (Drinking 2 glasses of water immediately after we wake up. Do not eat anything for atleast 30mins after that, we can continue our morning routine tasks)
4. Try mindfulness - Observe the nature, Fresh Greenery outside (to keep your mind Calm, composed, love yourself, observe the beautiful surroundings near you, feel the nature) 
5. Exercise a bit everyday (Whenever you get 5 or 10mins, even while doing WFH work from home Get up, do little walk, stretch your hands, legs, do the exercises even while sitting in chair, there are many available in the you tube.. etc Do google them and try it to remain fit.. Capture all your movements in a day, record it track it via smartwatch, smartphones etc to stay fit and Healthy. We all know a Healthy mind lives in a healthy body

6. Add some honey into your daily diet (Ensure you have the organic and unprocessed honey only)
7. Relax every muscle whenever you get a chance
8. Have a powerful nap in the afternoon (Less than 30mins preferrably, 15mins is also sufficient to boost your mind, stay active with full energy, you will feel fresh to encounter the routine task in the day)
9. Help others if possible (Talk to new people, listen to others, sharing with others can make you relax in your life, Keep in touch with one or two friends regularly, stay connected with them, share your ups and downs with them, they will support you and motivate you. They can give you some energy to fight back from the present situation, with their help and support you can chieve more in life, Never hesitate to approach your own friends in life)
10. Join a support group (We all need support in our life, a shoulder to cry and support when we feel low or see when things are not as expected in our life..Family members who understand you, can help you along with your friends. Because they will not Judge you, they can make you feel light. Give you some courage to face the things in life on day to day basis. After all, they are our family and friends who are our well wishers in our life.
11. Alcohol - Cut down or avoid it completely. (It's dangerous for health, it causes health issues gradually when consumed more without any control daily, it can become an addiction as well)
12. Avoid caffeine, or at least reduce your intake at evening (Coffee consumption in late evening can cause sleepless nights, take a toll on health)
13. Write down your experience. (Jot it down in a journal everyday before night, plan your next day well ahead, to keep things in a well planned manner)
14. Do something new (It can change your life well ahead, it can make you happy from your routine works, A change in your program is a must that can make a huge difference say playing your favourite sport, going for a concert, visiting old-age home, taking a class for kids or students, participating in a marathon
Changes can increase your level of dopamine, a brain chemical that provides major contribution to learning, enjoyment, pleasure in life)
15. Be responsible 
Being responsible can act as your sense of accomplishment. Do not evade from your responsibilities even if you feel withdrawn from the society. Running away from the responsibilities may give you a temporary relief but in the long run you will only regret it. Try to get involved by doing daily chores inthe house and at work.
