Breaking the bias. Women play a crucial role in bringing sustainability to the planet. Break the stereotype In the way they talk, they dress up the way, to be in a particular way.

Women were created to do everything a man can't do.


We are unique, our capabilities are different. Everyone has a different level of ability/capacities within them. One can try to do the best from their end. We are unique, biologically physically mentally we must upskill and we must always cherish and appreciate that. Grow further in life to achieve greater heights! The sky is the limit!!


Are Women more stressed than men? 


Say a Mother is everything for a child. She is more responsible for a kid, to take good care, his/her health, his/her upbringing, school activity homeworks etc. we get compromised slightly from the Career end for our personal growth. If there is a gap in our Career, then overcome it completely and come on the right track in our professional life after some years of gap sometimes leads to more stress, anxiety, overthinking causes more tension in their life.


Women do everything with full dedication, utmost energy in work, personal life, they are born with special talents, ought to do multi-tasking.


Gone are those days, women stay at home and take care of children, they make a happy family through a lot of sacrifices.


8 Most common causes of Depression

Now modern days women have emerged in life both Financially and brought stability to the family by going to work, and taking care of family household things parallelly with the support of a caring husband, in-laws, and family members. Many men are very supportive and encouraging these days. They are behind every successful woman be it in the form of a father, brother, husband, Uncle, etc. . Ultimate goal is to improve one’s family status financially, moral support during the ups and downs. Encourage family members when they are going through difficult/most challenging phases in life. She gives the shoulder to discuss the problems, to let go of things as they go, and boosts more self-confidence and moral support at that time whenever needed by a person in the family. She keeps them Stronger, motivating always no matter what is the obstacles or hardships. Ability to fight back at all the situations in life with lots of patience. Homemakers have the inner pride and joy, to work at home round the clock 24 * 7 for their dear ones.


What do studies say about Stress in Women? 


There must be more awareness among people to ask for any depression help. We need so much more openness, transparency, and understanding that’s OK to talk about depression as an illness. It’s not a weakness.



Please take help on mental health issues when you feel you are exhausted. Whenever you feel more demotivated for any reason in life that causes pressure on you. That stops you from being a normal person. Many people are readily available if you can seek help from the right people. They can give you the right guidance on the Do’s or Dont's, say changing the current situation for a while that can make you feel better, more relaxed, gradually you can feel the inner confidence building up slowly yet in a constant manner as you wished or dreamt of it earlier in life. You will get the courage and determination that you wanted in the most recent times.
