7 Ways to get over after a break up (Few Tips)

Hey Friends,

Have a good start to the week. This can give you the push to run till this weekend and then enjoy the weekend!

Don't settle for average.

Success is not Final. Failure is not Fatal. It is the courage to continue that count.

Here are seven ways that may help you to move on from your past relationship.

1. Acceptance

The most difficult phase after break up, is when people overthink and introspect circumstances and end up being either demoralized or broken. Stop overthinking, and never blame or hold yourself accountable for being the one who couldn't make it. Relationships are two-way affairs, and both partners are equivalently responsible for whatever happened. Accept the reality that it's over and you are no longer connected. Don't feel guilty about it or blame yourself for all the situations in life.

2. Stop Stalking, Spying

3. Get rid of memories

The beautiful memories shall always remain it's difficult to erase them completely. I agree. But the worst times or memories can be erased slowly. Forgive your partner so you can move on in life. It can give you some peace to yourself rather than hating each other or developing hatred feelings for each gradually.

Gifts, souvenirs, photographs, and other similar kinds of things can trigger your emotions and distract you from your goal. It is extremely important to realize the fact that the materials were the reminiscences of the mortal feelings attached to them, once the association ends everything attached to it becomes meaningless.

4. Discuss with your close friends or family

Yes, sometimes speaking out can help ease your pain instead of worrying by yourself, and being clueless about the situation you are going through in life. It can make you feel lighter and happy. Never burden yourself with feelings as it acts like a time bomb ticking at a slow pace. In case, you don't trust anyone, it's always handy to write down your feelings in a diary or take a video on how to feel. Later on, you can tear it or shred it immediately or delete the video. It can also make you light at times.

5. Identify the priorities

Say 6-month goal, 1Year goal, 5Year goal, etc.

Priorities can be of various kinds for some it may be in form of education, physical wellness, professional goal, couple goals in relationships, spiritual goals, social service, etc. depending on one's wishes and likes and dislikes. It is always important to understand that You are the master of your emotions and game and no external factors can affect you.

6. Keep yourself busy

An idle mind is a devil's workshop meaning when we are lazy and idle, wicked thoughts quickly enter our minds.

7. It is never late for consulting a doctor to seek professional help which is the right thing to do. You can feel better instead of feeling guilty or blaming yourself. If you are lucky enough, you might get a solution as well.

Push yourself because no one else is going to do it for You.
