Hey All,
Greetings...
World Environment Day! June-05-2023
Have you ever wondered how people constantly bug us about having a child to
couple with a few examples?
When a couple does not have children, it is not uncommon for people to ask them about when they will have kids. While some couples may not mind these questions, others may find them intrusive and annoying.
Well, here are
some examples of how people can constantly bug couples about having a child
Making assumptions:
People may assume that a couple wants to have children or that they should have
children. They may say things like "When are you going to have kids?"
or "You'll change your mind about having kids."
Offering unsolicited
advice: People may offer advice on how to conceive or what to do if they
are having trouble conceiving. This can be frustrating for couples who may not
want to talk about their fertility issues.
Pressuring to
conform: Some people may pressure couples to have children because they
believe it is the norm or the "next step" in a relationship. They may
say things like "It's time for you to start a family" or "Don't
you want to experience the joy of having a child?"
Guilt-tripping:
Some people may use guilt-tripping tactics to make couples feel bad for not
having children. They may say things like "Your parents want
grandchildren" or "You're depriving your partner of the joy of having
a child."
Insensitivity:
People may make insensitive comments or jokes about a couple's decision not to
have children. They may say things like "You're not a real family until
you have kids" or "What are you going to do with all your free
time?"
It is important to remember that having children is a
personal decision, and couples should not feel pressured or shamed into having
children if it is not what they want.
